🚚 Shipping Zones & Carriers
- We ship across India, including metro cities, tier‑2/3 towns, and rural areas.
- Our trusted logistics partners include DHL, Blue Dart, and Delhivery, selected based on location and service availability.
⏱️ Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (after payment confirmation).
- Metro areas: delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Semi‑urban/rural regions: delivery may take 5–8 business days.
- Note: Shipments may take slightly longer during peak seasons or regional holidays.
💸 Shipping Charges
- quantity of a product may carry 50 rupees as shipping charges and purchasing an additional quantity of the same product may carry additional shipping charges of 50 rupees (i.e. total shipping charges= 100 rupees).
- Certain products may come with free shipping i.e. zero shipping charges. However, if the order amount is less than Rs 500, a minimal shipping charge of Rs 50 is applicable.
🔄 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available throughout India with a ₹49 COD fee.
- COD availability and fee are shown clearly at checkout.
📦 Packaging & Handling
- Products are well‑packaged with cushioning and sealed for safe transport.
- Temperature‑sensitive items (like whey or oils) get insulated packaging to protect quality.
🔎 Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you’ll get an email/SMS with a tracking number.
- Use it on our site or the courier’s portal to get live delivery updates.
📬 Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries
- Couriers generally attempt delivery once. If unsuccessful, they may attempt again or leave the item at a designated pickup point.
- You’ll be notified of failed attempts and instructions for retrieval or re‑delivery.
- Contact customer service within 3 days if delivery issues aren’t resolved.
🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- If items arrive damaged or incorrect, please refuse delivery or report it immediately.
- We will arrange return, refund, or replacement per our Refund & Return Policy.
🚨 Exceptions & Delays
- Rural/remote locales might see extended timelines (up to 10 days).
- Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, strikes, or public holidays may cause delays—customers will be informed via email/SMS.
