At Star Nutrition Supplements, we aim to deliver your health essentials quickly and securely to your doorstep, anywhere in India. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
🚚 Shipping Regions & Carriers
- We deliver to all major cities and towns across India, including remote and rural areas.
- We partner with trusted couriers like DHL, Blue Dart, and Delhivery to ensure timely deliveries.
⏱️ Shipping Times & Order Processing
- Order processing takes 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.
- Within metro areas: expect delivery in 3–5 business days.
- For semi-urban and rural locations: delivery may take 5–8 business days, depending on courier reach.
💸 Shipping Charges
- quantity of a product may carry 50 rupees as shipping charges and purchasing an additional quantity of the same product may carry additional shipping charges of 50 rupees (i.e. total shipping charges= 100 rupees).
- Certain products may come with free shipping i.e. zero shipping charges. However, if the order amount is less than Rs 500, a minimal shipping charge of Rs 50 is applicable.
- For heavy or bulky items, additional shipping fees may apply—these will be calculated at checkout.
🔄 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available throughout India with a ₹49 COD fee.
- COD availability and fee are shown clearly at checkout.
📦 Packaging & Handling
- Products are well‑packaged with cushioning and sealed for safe transport.
- Temperature‑sensitive items (like whey or oils) get insulated packaging to protect quality.
🔎 Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you’ll get an email/SMS with a tracking number.
- Use it on our site or the courier’s portal to get live delivery updates.
📬 Missed Delivery & Re-delivery
- If delivery fails (recipient unavailable), couriers typically attempt a second delivery or leave the package at a nearby service point.
- Re-delivery or pick-up instructions will be provided in the tracking update.
- For unresolved deliveries after the courier’s attempts, contact our customer service within 3 days to arrange re-shipment.
🔁 Returns During Delivery
- If a product arrives visibly damaged or incorrect, you can refuse the package at the door and request immediate return.
- Our team will process a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
